About Spora
Spora is a global food research center, grounded in experimentation, and dedicated to the pursuit of delicious innovation. We aim to address critical food system challenges, pursuing those with the greatest potential impact.
The center hosts a multi-disciplinary team in a unique holistic food research environment with both lab-, kitchen- and design facilities. At the heart of the endeavor is the drive to solve challenges in the global food system through cross-industry collaborations as well as in-house research programs, ultimately resulting in scalable food technologies with the potential to bring delicious, healthy, and sustainable foods to people.
